One of the nicer treats we indulge ourselves in Korea happens to be fried chickens.  Koreans have fried, covered and supplemented universally enjoyed white poultry meat with their traditional and not so traditional flavors for the all of Korea to enjoy.  (500 million chickens are consumed in Korea each year!)
