What's with the title, you ask?  Seoul, Souel and Soeul for Dummies?  Well, I was actually surprised the other day by the number of misspelled searches on Google for Seoul with 'Souel' and 'Soeul' and thought I'd provide something for them.  This article is meant to provide an overview of Seoul for those of you who are not really familiar with Seoul.
