The Bouquet Garni is a French restaurant run by chefs and staff from Le Cordon Bleu. The restaurant is famous for its modern interior design and a duplex structure. They have a lunch course at a moderate price and two courses for dinner. The course dishes are subject to change monthly, but usually consist of amuses bousse, a steak or beef dish, a risotto, sherbet and a mix of other dishes. The tables are neatly decorated with fresh flowers and silver tableware. A lunch course is for 25,000 won, and dinner courses are for 45,000 - 65,000 won.
