The faithful patrons of Sushi Hyo will all affirm that there is no better sushi at a better price anywhere else. At Sushi Hyo, the focus is on the sashimi and sushi, not the extra frills. Dishes include jensushi, doro and gaibashi, as well as a special Sushi Course menu of hirame, toro, tako, aji, uni, as well as various soups, noodles and dessert.
