Kimchi is major part of Korean cuisine and there are literally thousands of Kimchi-based dishes.

Kimchi-jjigae is probably on the top of the list for anyone who's been in Korea for more than a week.

Yetgol's take on Kimchi-jjigae is to add Kkongchi (Saury fish) to it.

You don't have to worry about the fish smell as the long and slow cooking with Kimchi will get rid of last of the fish smell.

Egg roll (not the Chinese fried kind) is also a specialty here.
