Chiyoyumei is a Japanese restaurant specializing in Kaiseki ryori. Kaiseki ryori is traditional multi-course Japanese dinner. Its philosophy is simple -- provide the taste straight from the ingredients. The service is said to be of the highest quality with courteous and professional waitresses to tend to your needs while you're dining.
