Dalsae isn't exactly this place's full name.  It is much longer that translates into something like 'A moon bird only thinks about the moon."  Now, what this places specializes in is traditional Korean tea and deserts. 

Various Korean teas Dalsae serves are brewed from the best  ingredients which are usually used for making Chinese medicine.  Of course, the fact that their tea is brewed with medicinal ingredients doesn't mean that it will taste like one.  One of its most famous items is Sujeonggwa -- a traditional Korean fruit punch.
